How do you decide which portion of the paper to use? TOP
Creative Chick Designs uses various types, styles, and patterns of paper. From Florentine prints to Japanese origami paper, each piece is chosen with an artists eye. Due to the handmade nature of our jewelry, there may be slight variations in patter or color. This variation adds to the uniqueness of the jewelry. What does "Bezel Set" mean? TOP
Bezel set means that the paper pattern is mounted in a sterling silver or gold-filled bezel with a solid back. The piece is then coated and sealed with resin for ultimate wearability and water resistance. What does "Wood Core" mean? TOP
The pieces in our Wood Core Collection are light as a feather (well...a piece of balsa wood) yet incredibly durable. Each necklace, earring and bracelet is hand crafted by carefully selecting and hand cutting a specific section of paper for ultimate beauty. The paper is then mounted on a thin piece of wood (earrings are double sided) and then sealed for a perfect, shiny finish. What is the difference between "fine silver" and "sterling silver"? TOP
Fine silver has a 99.9% silver content as opposed to sterling silver which generally has a 92.5% silver content. Our fine silver pieces are all hand crafted and sculpted from Precious Metal Clay (PMC) and will not tarnish as easily as a sterling piece. How do I know how long it will take for my order to ship? TOP
Please keep an eye on your order status. If the item you've ordered is in stock, it will ship within 3 business days. If your item needs to be created, it can take up to 4 weeks before your item is shipped. Please contact us with questions prior to ordering if you would like to know the status of a particular item.
